Charles Flatt is full time IT Administrator at an academy for boys moving through the criminal justice system.
He used to be a full time software engineer. Now he codes when needed. His programming focus was the .Net stack, especially database-related web and desktop applications. He was self-employed for ten years, a one-stop-shop for all things code.
Why the change? He wanted to feel good about what he was doing, and whom he was doing it for.
